Through simple exercises, a response of involuntary movements is stimulated in the body giving a sense of a unique and pleasant discharge. These exercises are the result of observations, studies, and experience of experts caring for people suffering from moderate to severe trauma.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner vc_custom_1529022715046\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Why is it important to release the body?<\/strong> <em>It is important because the body stores in its memory the traumatic experiences we have lived throughout our life.<\/em> Trauma does not necessarily refer to a critical situation that we have gone through. In our daily life, there are events in our family, social or working environments that we can experience as <strong><em>mini traumas<\/em><\/strong> . When trauma is not physically released from our body, a constant state of <em>alert<\/em> or <em>false alarm<\/em> may be installed in the nervous system, wearing out many of our resources. Our body senses that it is of utmost importance to deal with this state of (false) emergency, so the repairing processes that the body needs to constantly perform now take second place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Practicing these exercises is of great value because it helps regulate the nervous system. Por medio de unos ejercicios sencillos (<strong><em>TRE)<\/em><\/strong>, dise\u00f1ados por el\u00a0<strong>Dr. David Bercelli,<\/strong>\u00a0se estimula una respuesta de movimientos involuntarios en el cuerpo, que, al terminar de hacerlos, se traduce en una sensaci\u00f3n \u00fanica y placentera de liberaci\u00f3n.
